Catalyst Festival 2015

The date of the festival is SATURDAY 23rd MAY to TUESDAY 26th MAY 2015 (You can depart on the morning of WEDNESDAY 27th MAY).
Every year we go camping, well some stay of us stay in nearby hotels, B&B and some use caravans*… but you get the idea. We are not alone! We join with about 3000 other Christians from our family of churches (The Catalyst Network of Churches) – many from the UK and others further afield. We have a powerful time of teaching, community, worship and even sunshine! There is age appropriate activities for all.

WE WANT YOU TO JOIN US IN 2015! We understand that the cost of attending a festival like this can put people off, and this is why as a church we have always adopted a “pay what you can approach” through a series of anonymous gift days at The Hill. We do NOT want money to stop anyone from attending…. BUT in order to do this successfully we have learnt:

• Start the booking process earlier than the official date
• Encourage people to set money aside now for the gift days
• Ask people commit to coming if they book – it costs the Church!
• Ask that people give in a timely manner, so as to manage the budget
Whilst we do not ask for set gifts (in fact if you can not afford it, then no gift is fine) we do know people find a price guide helpful for planning: Adults (aged 19-64) costs around £99; Concessions costs around £59; Students costs around £49; Youth and Children (aged 3-18) costs around £15; Babies and Toddlers (aged 0-2) are free.
*We do have a limited bursary fund to assist anyone who cannot camp for medical or very personal reasons (and so needs better accommodation). Please let us know at the time of returning the form attached.
